Rude neighbors
This guy blasts bass from 8am - about 9pm. I’ve asked him to keep quiet in the past and he said he understands we’re students. Today it’s the loudest it’s been, and my floor is shaking. I can’t even hear my own music. Can someone please inform me why it is necessary to have your music playing that loud all day long??
My birthday is in 2 days!
